Some of our most impactful contributions have supported nationally significant regeneration and net-zero projects, such as:

  • Salford Crescent is a £3.5 billion regeneration led by English Cities Fund, a partnership of Muse, Homes England, and Legal and General. It is a 25-year scheme that will deliver a healthier residential community with a thriving innovation hub.

  • Thames Enterprise Park: a £3.5 billion regeneration scheme led by ALMCOR, a major US investment firm. A 10-year programme that will generate 12,500 jobs in advanced manufacturing, energy security and logistics with a greening of the economy thread running through the scheme.

  • South London Partnership (SLP): representing six South London boroughs, SLP, funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, commissioned IDM to map the retrofit supply chain. This research was unprecedented due to the difficulty of locating sole traders, making it a pioneering achievement in the field.
